One account, three roles. You bring in clients, HisarWeb builds and invoices. You pick your role, you get your own code and you follow everything in your dashboard.

Three roles, one account

Everyone gets the same account, the same kind of own code and the same dashboard. Only the role and the reward differ. The HisarWeb admin sets and changes the role per account.

Ambassador

You point HisarWeb to someone you know, usually as a satisfied client. HisarWeb does the entire sale. You earn credit for your own projects, not money.

Referrer

You introduce your own client by email. HisarWeb does the sale and stays the main contractor. You earn money.

Closer

You find clients yourself, run the conversations and sell until signature. HisarWeb delivers. You earn the most, because you do the selling.

What HisarWeb does

HisarWeb is the main contractor. We make the quote at the prices on hisarweb.be/prijzen, sign the contract with your client, invoice, deliver and handle aftercare. You need no technical knowledge. You stay the point of contact for your own services.

Why we work with a trial version

HisarWeb is a young company and has no client base yet. We prefer to say so right away. Instead of references we show work: we make a free trial version of your client's new homepage or quote module. Your client sees the result first and decides after.

What the client gets

Every new client who orders with your code gets 10% off their first project. The discount is capped at €750 and applies to the official list price, excluding VAT.

The discount costs you nothing. Your reward is calculated on the list price before that discount.

What you earn

The list price is the official price on hisarweb.be/prijzen, excluding VAT and before the code discount. Your reward is calculated on that list price and only becomes payable once the client has paid.

Ambassador, in credit

• 5% of the list price of the first project.
• 2.5% on follow-up projects of that client within 12 months.
• Paid as credit against your own HisarWeb invoices, not in cash.
• Nothing on maintenance.

Referrer, in cash

• 10% of the list price of the first project.
• 5% on follow-up projects of that client within 12 months.
• 5% of that client's paid maintenance, for 12 months.

Closer, in cash

• 20% of the list price of the first project.
• 10% on follow-up projects of that client within 12 months.
• 10% of that client's paid maintenance, for 24 months.
• A 3-month trial first, then a permanent collaboration.

Payout within 14 days after the client has paid, on your invoice.

Worked examples

What a client pays and what you earn, at the list prices on hisarweb.be/prijzen.

At €12,000 the 10% discount would be €1,200. The discount is capped at €750, so the client pays €11,250.

Maintenance

On a maintenance plan of €75 per month, a closer earns €7.50 per month for 24 months. That is €180 per client. A referrer earns €3.75 per month for 12 months, or €45 per client. An ambassador earns nothing on maintenance.

Your code and your dashboard

You create your own code in your dashboard: 4 to 20 characters, letters A-Z and digits 0-9. You share the link https://www.hisarweb.be/?ref=YOURCODE. That link remembers your code for 90 days.

Your code has no end date and stops only when the collaboration ends or if there is abuse. You can have up to 3 active codes.
