Version 29 September 2026. These terms apply to every participant in the HisarWeb partner programme. Where this page and the programme's calculation rules differ, these terms prevail.

Partner terms

These terms apply to everyone who brings clients to HisarWeb. They belong to your account on hisarweb.be and to the sign-up form on hisarweb.be/samenwerken.

1. Parties

HisarWeb, Hisar Group BV, VAT BE 0845.263.443, contact@hisarweb.be, is the client. The partner is the person or company that signs up and is accepted by HisarWeb as a partner.

2. The three roles

The role determines the reward. HisarWeb sets and changes the role per account. You always see your role and your percentages in your dashboard.

2.1 Ambassador

You point HisarWeb to someone in your network. HisarWeb does the entire sale. Your reward is credit, not cash.

2.2 Referrer

You introduce your own client by email to HisarWeb, with your client in copy. HisarWeb does the sale. Your reward is cash.

2.3 Closer

You find clients yourself, run the conversations and sell until signature. Your reward is cash.

Everyone gets the same account, the same kind of own code and the same dashboard. Only the role and the reward differ.

3. HisarWeb is the main contractor

HisarWeb makes the quote at the prices on hisarweb.be/prijzen, signs the contract with the client, invoices the client, delivers and handles aftercare. You do not sign any agreement with the client yourself and you make no price promises to the client on behalf of HisarWeb.

4. Your code

You create your own code in your dashboard: 4 to 20 characters, letters A-Z and digits 0-9. You can have up to 3 active codes. You share the link https://www.hisarweb.be/?ref=YOURCODE. That link remembers your code for 90 days.

Your code has no end date. It stops only when the collaboration ends or if there is abuse. Your code is unique and may not contain another brand's name or an offensive word.

5. What the client gets

A new client who orders with your code gets 10% off their first project. The discount is capped at €750 and applies to the official list price, excluding VAT. The discount costs you nothing.

6. Your reward

The list price is the official price on hisarweb.be/prijzen, excluding VAT and before the code discount. Your reward is calculated on that list price.

6.1 First project

• Ambassador: 5% of the list price, as credit.
• Referrer: 10% of the list price, in cash.
• Closer: 20% of the list price, in cash.

6.2 Follow-up projects

On follow-up projects of the same client within 12 months of the first project:

• Ambassador: 2.5% of the list price, as credit.
• Referrer: 5% of the list price, in cash.
• Closer: 10% of the list price, in cash.

6.3 Maintenance

On the paid monthly maintenance of the client you introduced:

• Ambassador: nothing.
• Referrer: 5% of the paid maintenance, for 12 months.
• Closer: 10% of the paid maintenance, for 24 months.

6.4 From the smallest package

Rewards start from the smallest package on hisarweb.be/prijzen. No reward is paid on loose hours or small adjustments.

7. When an introduction counts

A client counts as introduced when he did not know HisarWeb yet and was not in talks with us. An introduction stays linked to you for 90 days. If an agreement follows within those 90 days, the reward of article 6 applies.

No reward, but the discount still applies, for existing clients, for clients with a quote in progress and for companies HisarWeb approached itself in the last 90 days.

8. One code, no stacking

One code per client, the first one used. A code does not stack on a monthly promotion or another voucher. A client cannot use his own code for himself.

9. Payment only after the client pays

Your reward becomes payable once the client has paid. If the client pays in stages, the reward follows per stage, in proportion to the amount paid. HisarWeb never lowers a discount or a reward afterwards.

10. Payout

• HisarWeb pays out within 14 days after the client's payment.
• The payout is made against your invoice. Without an invoice there can be no payout.
• You are self-employed. There is no salary, no retainer and no cost of any kind for you.
• Nothing is paid out from credit (ambassador). See article 11.

11. Credit (ambassador)

• Your reward as an ambassador is credit, not cash.
• Credit is offset against your own HisarWeb invoices, for projects and maintenance.
• Credit cannot be paid out and cannot be transferred.
• Credit is valid for 24 months after it is granted.
• At most 50% of one invoice can be paid with credit.
• If you later become a referrer or a closer, your credit stays and new rewards follow your new role.

12. Working rules for closers

• No mass mailing.
• Only legal entities and general addresses in a first message.
• An easy way to opt out in every first message.
• No invented figures or client stories.
• No discount other than the one of your own code.
• A short written report every week.

13. Trial and term

The collaboration with a closer starts with a 3-month trial. After that it runs for an indefinite term and can be ended with 1 month's notice.

The collaboration with a referrer and with an ambassador runs for an indefinite term. Either party can stop by email, without notice period.

14. End of the collaboration

When the collaboration ends, your code stops. The reward on introductions made before the end remains due under article 6 and article 7. HisarWeb can end the collaboration with immediate effect in case of abuse, of not following article 12, or of unfair competition.

15. Confidentiality and clients

Both parties treat each other's company and client data confidentially, also after the collaboration ends. HisarWeb does not offer services to introduced clients that you provide yourself.

16. Governing law and disputes

The parties first look for an amicable solution. After that, Belgian law applies and the courts of Antwerp have jurisdiction.
