Bouw
From site note to quote.
The quote and project system of an Antwerp construction company. Quote lines with hours, materials and site setup, planning, orders and a PDF for the client.
- Site manager and project manager work in the same quote
- Site mode on tablet: notes, measurements and photos
- PDF in one click, even offline
The problem
An Antwerp construction company prices every quote with hours, materials and site setup per line. What gets noted on site has to end up in that quote. Site manager and project manager work on the same quote, even on a site without signal.
The solution
One custom platform for quotes, planning, orders, suppliers and subcontractors. Every quote line carries hours, materials and a site setup surcharge, 7% by default. In site mode you capture notes, measurements and photos on a tablet or phone. Site manager and project manager work in the same quote at the same time. The PDF for the client takes one click, even offline.
What runs today
In production since 2024, behind a login, and installable as an app that also works without a connection. The images on this page show the real interface with made-up demo data. No client data appears on screen.
Technology
- Installable web app (PWA) that works offline
- Real-time collaboration in the same quote
- Site photos converted to WebP automatically
- One-click PDF quote
- Site setup surcharge per quote line
